INTECUS is an experienced partner to provide you with professional support and advice for deconstruction measures and the remediation of contaminated sites. In addition to conceptual preliminary planning, we also offer concrete services for the optimal and effective dismantling of the building substance in terms of disposal technology and/or the identification and remediation of contaminated sites. In the case of dismantling and/or redevelopment measures that we accompany, we always pay attention to compliance with the legal disposal requirements and also keep an eye on the cost aspect. Through our accumulated experience, we are able to estimate waste fractions that arise and propose cost-effective disposal options. We are familiar with the prerequisites and possibilities for the reuse of building materials, the requirements for building material recyclates and the corresponding market participants. We can organize the sampling of sites and materials, and in some cases we can do it ourselves. We have conducted intensive research on the topics of anthropogenic material storage, urban mining and construction waste recycling, and can be a sound contact and knowledge broker in these areas. We are also active as a training course provider.
