At the meeting of the AGRAPA supporting associations on 05.07.2017, Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Dr. h.c. Bernd Bilitewski was confirmed as chairman of the AGRAPA recovered paper council for another year.
The AGRAPA Waste Paper Council serves as an open discussion forum for all AGRAPA member associations together with official representatives from the:
- Federal Ministry for the Environment
- Federal Ministry of Economics
- Federal Environmental Agency
- LAGA – State Working Group on Waste/APV Working Group on Product Responsibility and Packaging
- German Association of Cities and Towns
- German Association of Counties
- German Association of Towns and Municipalities
The main task is to report annually on the progress made in implementing the Declaration of Commitment.
