INTECUS was commissioned by the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Climate Protection of the State of Brandenburg (MLUK) to prepare an expert report on the situation and future of sewage sludge disposal in the State of Brandenburg. The obligations for phosphorus recovery of the amanded Sewage Sludge Ordinance played a central role. The law firm [Gaßner, Groth, Siederer & Coll.] was involved in the description of legal issues of cooperation between public wastewater disposal authorities. The report is intended to serve those responsible for wastewater disposal in the State of Brandenburg and other relevant actors as a basis of information and assistance in dealing with the legal provisions of the amended Sewage Sludge Ordinance.
