Mr. Jörg Wagner, Managing Director of INTECUS GmbH, in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of SAXUTEC e.V., signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Saigon University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry as well as the municipal waste management enterprise of Ho Chi Minh City CITENCO on March 30, 2011 in Ho Chi Minh City to develop joint projects in the field of waste management and further education in environmental protection. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding in the presence of the Prime Minister of the Free State of Saxony, Mr. Stanislaw Tillich, during the reception by the German Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Conrad Cappell, on March 30, 2011, was the ceremonial conclusion of a series of workshops organized by SAXUTEC together with its Vietnamese partners as part of a project funded by the International Bureau of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
