The 2nd industry event to present the current market trends of the circular and water economy in these six foreign markets will take place on June 8, 2018 at the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) in Berlin.

Background:

Last year, so-called “country profiles” were drawn up for the first time for Ukraine, Serbia, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Cuba and presented at an industry event at the BMU in March 2017. The country profiles were developed by the offices of German RETech Partnership (RETech) and German Water Partnership (GWP) together with other member companies.

The first industry event, which featured numerous keynote speeches and panel discussions, was a huge industry success, and more than 1,000 companies and researchers have since downloaded the first six country profiles via the RETech and GWP websites and used them to develop their markets.

The six countries selected for 2018 are Argentina, Brazil, China, India, Vietnam and Montenegro.

The project is being carried out as a joint project by the member companies BlackForest Solutions GmbH, tilia GmbH and uve GmbH für Managementberatung. The technical coordination of the project lies with eclareon GmbH.
In addition to GWP, RETech, Tilia and BlackForest Solutions, the other member companies of both associations, Andreas von Schoenberg Consult, BiPRO GmbH, Dr. Burghard-ibd and INTECUS GmbH, are responsible for preparing the country profiles.

Based on its many years of experience in this country, INTECUS was responsible for the general and the waste management part of the Vietnam country profile.

Participation is free of charge. We ask that you register by emailing your name and organization to jenny.rentmeister@retech-germany.net no later than May 31. Room capacities are limited. Registrations will therefore be considered in the order in which they are received.
