Prof. Bilitewski elected chairman of the recovered paper council

On July 14, 2011, Prof. Bernd Bilitewski was elected Chairman of the Recovered Paper Council of the Graphic Papers Working Group (AGRAPA). The Waste Paper Council has the task of monitoring compliance with AGRAPA’s voluntary commitment to recycle graphic waste paper, preparing an annual monitoring report for the German Federal Ministry for the Environment and acting as an open discussion forum for all AGRAPA member associations with representatives from politics and administration.
